'SilverDuneVista sprung from a humble vision: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. Incepted by the Rossi clan in 1985, our pizza shop was a quaint, family-operated spot with family recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our founder, perfected her pizza-crafting skills through her sojourn in Italy, training with pizza masters in Naples—pizza's homeland. Back in the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and selecting premium quality ingredients.
Our small startup with just 12 seats evolved into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our dedication to prime quality and genuineness hasn't changed. We still practice traditional wood-firing methods, prepare our dough daily, and procure the most exceptional ingredients available.
To this day, 'SilverDuneVista is still under family ownership and direction, with the Rossi family's second generation at the helm of our zealous team. Even with a few contemporary updates, our core mission endures: to serve up delightful, true pizza experiences that unite folks around the table.
